studied at the Koninklijk Vlaams Muziekconservatorium under D. Mijajev en F. Reussens. He followed master classes in Baroque music with M. Destrube and D. Spector and refined his skills under U. Groniak. In 1989 he founded the salon orchestra Elixir d’Anvers. 

For a while he was a member of the chamber orchestra I Fiamminghi and at the same time taught at the academy of the same name. At present he has links with the Beethoven Academy and also teaches at the music academies of Hemiksem and Lier. He has travelled throughout Europe as well as to Japan to give concerts. He played soloist for Mozart’s 5th Violin Concerto with the chamber orchestra Musici Academici and created Rapsodie by M. Valcke in association with the Collegium Instrumentale Brugense.
